F500 Features:
The Model F500 is very similar to the Model F250 but is a larger version with an expanded size range capacity.
25 Horsepower spindle drive.
Double lead worm gear drive for accurate grinding speed control while ensuring a fine flute finish.
High rise web increase system to sustain larger size range capacity.

F500 - Size Range: 1/8" to 1/2" (3 mm - 13 mm) diameter. Maximum flute length: 5.5" (140 mm).
Maximum Overall Length: 8" (200 mm). Helix Angle: Minimum of 18° and maximum of 48° right hand only.
Setup Time: Complete changeover from size to size in an average of 30 minutes.
Grinding Wheel Size: 16" (400 mm) O.D. x 8" (203 mm) I.D. Resin bonded type.
Options: 12" (300 mm) overall length loading system. Double pass grind. Universal Straight Angle dresser.
F510 Features:The Model F510 is the same as the Model F500 but has a modified loading system and ejector to handle reduced shank drills or standard parallel shank drills.
