NORMAC CNC FLUTE GRINDING MACHINES
Normac's state-of-the art flute grinding machines offer drill manufacturers the
latest CNC technology in the fluting of drill blanks.
These CNC flute grinders consist of a flute grinding wheelhead assembly with a
choice of a dual single point dresser, a rotary diamond roll dresser,
or a CNC
profiling dresser system. The machines also feature a feed slide assembly, and a
loader assembly.
The machines are controlled by a PC based multi axis CNC with
Normac proprietary software.
F25A, F50A,
CNC Flute Grinding
Machines with Dual Single Point Dressing System
Models F25A and F50A feature dual automatic self compensating radius
dressers with
front mounted dial adjustments. The dresser diamonds are mounted in short,
sturdy arms,
eliminating deflection problems.
F25B, F50B
CNC Flute Grinding
Machines with Rotary Diamond Roll Dressing System
Models F25B and F50B feature a self compensating rotary diamond roll
dressing system.
The diamond roll is driven by an electric motor.

Models F25C and F50C feature a CNC profiling dresser system. This dresser
has
a servo driven horizontal axis.
